We have the tiniest amount of this incredible green tea from Japan called: Tsuyuhikari (which means dew light). Tsuyuhikari is a premium, early harvest single origin Japanese green tea. Mostly grown in Shizuoka and also Kagoshima. It was developed from the Shizu-7132 and Asatsuyu cultivars.

Known for its vibrant green liquid color, and balances sweet and savory strong umami notes with a light creamy mouth feel. One sip of the sample sent from Japan, and we were hooked. The only downside? The garden only had a tiny micro-lot left which we grabbed.

We are selling it in 30gram so that more people can have a chance to try this beauty!

• Water Temperature: 150°F – 175°F is recommended to highlight the sweet umami notes
• Time: 60 seconds for the first infusion.
• Quantity: 1 tsp per 8 oz of water.
• Excellent for cold-brewing as well
