2003 Shou PuErh (Tuo Cha)
2003 Shou PuErh (Tuo Cha)
A Shou PuErh is also called Ripe PuErh and this one was harvested, fermented and pressed into perfect little bird nest shapes (Tuo Cha) in 2003. Can you remember what you were doing back during the year this tea was being made?
The liquor (or liquid) has pleasant fragrances of newly fallen leaves with soft, sweet flavors of earth and peat. It’s remarkably smooth and earthy in all the best possible ways and lacks the dampness that some teas of this type sometimes have. This is a wonderful tea to try if you are new to this category of tea.
The health benefits are quite remarkable and includes the ability to lower cholesterol and add probiotics to the gut. A very beneficial tea to add to your daily habit.
