Happy Valley is historic. It’s a high-elevation (6800ft) tea garden, and the first organic garden in India. It’s a slightly larger garden than we’ve sourced from in past years, but this lot was worth having on our menu! Highly aromatic, with notes of classic muscatel you want from a 2nd flush Darjeeling – along with surprising notes of toast, wine and light stone fruit.

Ingredients: Darjeeling Black tea from India
Brewing Directions: 1 tsp to be flushed once before immersing in 5-8oz of near-boiling (208° F) water for roughly 2 minutes or longer. Repeat for multiple brews.
Caffeine: Yes. If you are sensitive or have an allergy to caffeine, our suggestion is to skip tea and drink herbal infusions or rooibos.
