Another favorite flavored black tea–this one with apricots–is fruity, luscious and smooth. The apricots are unsultured (important!) and come from Blenheim California, and are tender and sweet especially when dried. They are dehydrated and then lightly tossed with California date sugar. Less sweet then you would think but so complimentary to the apricot! Sometimes when were feeling ambitious and there is enough supply, we’ll use local apricots from a regional orchard and dehydrate them, but for now, they come from the left coast! Another beautiful tea as a hot brew, but marvelous over ice. Feel free to pick the dried apricots right out of the blend and eat!

Roughly 40 classic cups of tea
Ingredients: Black tea, dried apricots, calendula, natural date sugar, natural flavoring
Directions: Heat 6 -8 oz. fresh water (212ºF preferred) over 1/2 -1 teaspoon of tea. Steep 2-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
Caffeine: Yes. If you are sensitive or have an allergy to caffeine, our suggestion is to skip tea and drink herbal infusions or rooibos.
