Jasmine Yin Hao (Pouchong)
Jasmine Yin Hao (Pouchong)
Yin Hao means "silver hair or fur". Technically a Pouchong (not quite green tea and not quiet oolong), the leaves are scented many times with delicate jasmine flowers for no less then 5 nights–making for richly perfumed, highly floral, flavorful tea with character and depth. Our most favorite Jasmine tea. Ever.
