There is a long history around gingerbread and believe it or not, it originated in Greece! By the time it made its way west, it became really well known in countries like Austria and Germany where making gingerbread people became a holiday tradition.
Our Holiday German Gingerbread (Lebkuchen) is highly aromatic, immediately igniting the aroma of the season, with flavorful warms notes of spice and candied ginger that warm the toes! There’s a touch of sweetness candied ginger, but still enough zing to make it taste like true gingerbread.
As always this is a limited edition blend and when it runs out we wont blend it again until (maybe) Holiday 2025.

29 classic scoops of tea; roughly 40 servings
Ingredients: Black tea blend; lemon peel, candied ginger, ginger root, cinnamon, touch of clove, dried fig and natural flavoring
Directions: Heat 6 -8 oz of fresh water to a rolling boil (212ºF preferred) over a heaping 1-2 teaspoons of tea. Steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
