Fujian Silver Needles: Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Organic)
Fujian Silver Needles: Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Organic)
This is one of the most elegant organic white tea from Fuding we’ve tasted in a long while. Plump, silvery downy buds are tenderly grown tea bushes in the revered Fuding region of Fujian, China. These are lovingly handpicked with pride by revered tea farmers who have devoted their lives to cultivating teas of excellence.
The sweet translucent liquor is light, with juicy fruit flavors of apricot, quince, and honeydew melon. The buttery-creamy mouthfeel is wonderfully sweet with a very nice lingering finish.
